LawWare will provide the majority of your practice management, accounting and reporting needs, however, there may sometimes be situations where a little tailoring is necessary.
At LawWare we are keen to hear from you if you have a bespoke requirement. Whether it’s a different kind of report or a specific module to address a particular work issue, we are happy to discuss the possibilities with you and commission bespoke developments.
Once we have agreed the need for a bespoke solution with you, we will:
- Create a project scope document with your team.
- Assign a dedicated Project Manager to the job.
- Design the module along the agreed lines.
- Test it internally and obtain your feedback.
- Iron out any bugs and fixes as needed and sign off the project.
- Implement the new module on the next release build of your server or cloud based platform.
Bespoke projects can take between three to six months to complete due to the need for thorough testing. During this time, your Project Manager will keep you fully up to speed and manage your expectations every step of the way. We charge for bespoke solutions either at a daily rate or a fixed price depending upon project type.
