To minimise disruption for all our clients, we have put in place the LawWare Coronavirus Business Continuity plan.
We have already emailed all our clients with details of our approach. You can read the email by following this link. This post outlines of the measures we are taking to ensure our service and support remain uninterrupted for the course of the epidemic.
We have a robust business continuity plan that will provide you with an uninterrupted level of support service, whilst at the same time allowing us to adhere to the Public Health Policy of the Government. We have the operational capabilities to work from home and will be actioning our own continuity plan this week. This will ensure that we continue to meet your business needs and maintain all services.
In the event that we are faced with a “lockdown” policy, you have our assurance that the arrangements we have put in place facilitate a comprehensive continuation of service levels. Our team will be available as usual and, along with our service desk, we will be on hand to support your needs.
We have contacted all our key suppliers asking for their statement of assurance. This includes all LawCloud data centres. The datacentres have reviewed their own business continuity commitments and satisfied us that they have the necessary provisions in place to ensure business continuity and service availability.
If you are a LawWare client with an installed office system and would like to discuss options for moving your systems onto LawCloud in order to better support home-working, please let me know. LawCloud’s design enables remote working. We are very experienced in migrating staff from office-based systems onto the LawCloud.
If you have any further queries concerning the LawWare Coronavirus Business Continuity measures, or would like to discuss them further, please let me know. You can contact myself or my team as follows:
