The Role

A vacancy for a Product Specialist Training and Support has become available at LawWare. If you’re a legal cashier looking for a new challenge and are ready to take the next step in your career, then this role could be for you.

LawWare is looking to offer the right individual an opportunity to join our team of experienced Product Specialists, reporting to our Implementations Manager.

The role involves offering skilled software training and support to our law firm users at all levels, as well as offering value added services including: –

Delivering customised training courses on our systems

  • Carrying out training needs analysis – Assessing, planning, documenting and actioning client requirements.
  • Delivering on occasion onsite training, boardroom style or one on one.
  • Providing telephone training and Support to our client base.
  • Keeping key documentation and learning platforms up to date with our latest course materials.
  • Developing Online Training videos to bolster our Online learning Academy.
  • Software pre-release testing.

General office support and assistance

  • Handling customer queries including helpdesk issues remotely via email & telephone.
  • Offering practical best practice advice to our clients and helping them to do more with their software applications.

Assisting our sales team where possible including

  • Identifying business opportunities based on client feedback and industry awareness.
  • Assessing client requests and identifying software enhancements.
  • Assisting with remote or onsite pre-sale software demonstrations where required.

Candidate requirements for Product Specialist Training and Support

  • Must have previous experience of working within or alongside law firms and their teams, ideally as a Legal Cashier, Practice Manager or inhouse Software Trainer.
  • Must have strong legal cash room, bookkeeping experience in order to support our Law Society Compliant Accounting System.
  • Confidence in a training role & experience of providing training to staff at all levels.
  • Flexibility to stay away for periods of time to deliver onsite training within the UK on occasion.
  • Good communication skills and telephone manner and the ability to cope well under pressure in a challenging & demanding support role.
  • Experience in a client care supporting role.
  • The ability to learn quickly and make responsible decisions.
  • Ability to work well under pressure as helpdesk call volumes can be high during busy periods.
  • Be very organised as you will be managing your own new start projects as your confidence grows.
  • Reasonable IT technical skills and a sound knowledge of Windows and Microsoft Office.
  • An appreciation of the legal industry and how IT plays a strategic role in its operations.
  • A general understanding of legal software practice management systems.
  • Experience of using the LawWare Software is a distinct bonus.

A detailed induction with full training will be provided.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: £26,000.00-£32,000.00 per year
