We are looking for Product Specialist to join our Implementations team to train and support clients in our Legal Practice Management & Cashroom Software. The essence of the role is to train and support new and existing clients, helping them make the most of our legal technology platform.

The successful candidate will ideally be a legal cashier looking for an exciting career change, with the right mix of enthusiasm and drive to be up for a challenge. They will join the implementation team headed by our Implementation Project Manager. Where required, the role will involve delivering a range of value-added services including: –
Delivering training courses on our systems
Helping to keep key documentation up to date including user guides & training materials
General Office Support and Start-up assistance
Assisting our sales team where possible including
