Forsyth Employment Law is ownes and managed by Alison Forsyth. She qualified as a solicitor and Notary Public in 1997. Based in Perthshire, and with over 20 years’ experience advising clients on all aspects of employment law, she has a proven track record in achieving positive results.
She has considerable experience providing strategic employment law advice and handling cases in the Employment Tribunals and Courts.
After studying at Glasgow and Seville universities, Alison graduated from Glasgow University in 1995 with an Honours degree in Law and Spanish language. She completed her Diploma in Legal Practice at Glasgow University and undertook her 2 year solicitor traineeship in Edinburgh.
