The challenge.
Claire Davies Advocate’s Russell Davies comes from an IT and general management background. Therefore, he was looking for a solution for his new start-up practice that would provide integration of accounts, case management and Microsoft Office.
The solution.

Implementation.

“We all like the software and got to grips with it very quickly. Initial training was carried out and we made use of the LawWare Academy for further insights into the system. The Helpdesk is very good and positive.
Above all, we have found that it is now much easier to manage clients from anywhere overseas. Consequently, this makes life a lot easier. The fact that the accounts are part and parcel of the package avoids work duplication as everything is in one place.
Reporting will be the next thing we look at in the software and we’ve already even made a few suggestions for minor improvements and additions.”
